1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Naroi Sehat website and purchasing our skincare products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
2. Botanical Formulations & Patch Testing
Our skincare products are handcrafted in small batches using natural oils, herbal infusions, and botanical extracts. As with all organic ingredients, subtle natural variations in texture, hue, and botanical aroma may occur between harvest batches.
We strongly recommend conducting a 24-hour patch test on a small area of skin before full application. Our products are formulated for cosmetic care and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical dermatological disease.
3. Pricing & Order Confirmation
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless indicated otherwise. We make every reasonable effort to ensure pricing accuracy. In the rare event of an unforeseen pricing or inventory error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
4. Payment Verification
Orders are confirmed only after electronic verification of payment via our payment gateway partner, Razorpay. Any payment that is cancelled, contested, or fails verification will result in the automatic cancellation or suspension of order fulfillment.
5. Intellectual Property
The Naroi Sehat name, branding, visual identity, product photography, editorial content, and website code are the exclusive intellectual property of Naroi Sehat. Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
